Requirements: Recent law graduates seeking to begin their careers in Corporate Law. Strong understanding of corporate laws, with an interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial transactions.
Role: Strong interest in Corporate and M&A and ensure compliance and stay updated with regulatory changes
Requirements: Law Graduates with prior internship experience in corporate legal team preferably with a law firm.
Role: Managing daily filing rosters across judicial boards, handling communication logs with regulatory tribunals, and digital archiving.
Requirements: Graduation degree with absolute proficiency in court filing procedures, listing mechanisms, and legal e-portals.
