Terms of a PPA are binding and cannot be reopened.

The Appellate Tribunal in a recent decision has, following the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of GUVNL v Solar Semiconductor, (2017) 16 SCC 498 reiterated that the terms of the PPA are binding and cannot be reopened. The Appellate Tribunal has also held a petition filed by an Association seeking to interfere with contractual rights of its members as being not maintainable, the Association being a third party to the contract.
